In the season premiere, Sam, Dean and John have been left for dead after the Demon plowed a truck into the Impala. Now, as one of the Winchesters hovers between life and death, the surviving family members must face an old and powerful adversary. 

DJ: The time has come guys!! Season 2 episode 1 & HOLY GUACOMOLE what an episode! I am *SHOOK*eth 

After listening to a message on John's cell phone from a woman named Ellen, Sam and Dean decide to track her down. Meanwhile, at a small town carnival, a clown is persuading children to let him into their home so he can murder their parents.

When Sam and Dean encounter Gordon, a fellow demon hunter who has been systematically killing vampires in a small town, Dean immediately bonds with the older man.

Dean and Sam investigate the murder of a college student who has come back from the dead seeking revenge on those who mistreated her while she was alive.

DJ: Rating - 7.5/10. Good ep, although having sex with a zombie isn't really my jam-i know-so weird right? 😂 haha. I think the main purpose of this episode was to show that Dean feels guilt over his dad's death. He feels death shouldn't be messed with 'what's dead should stay dead'. 

After Sam has a vision of an apparent murder/suicide, the brothers go to investigate. 

DJ: Rating - 8.5/10. Anything to do with powers is totally my speed, so i did enjoy this episode. Sam doubting his ability to remain 'good' is worrisome. Right now he has given no indication of exploring the dark side so this confuses me. Dead being mind controlled was hilarious in this episode, he plays comedic moments very well. Hope to see more of that for sure. 

Sam and Dean investigate the brutal slayings of blond women from the same apartment building.

DJ: Rating - 8.5/10 THOSE DAMN JUMP SCARES! Got me so good. Enjoyed this ep though,  was good to see more of Jo & Ellen. Dean opened up a little more & John's secret is out! 

Sam and Dean investigate the murders of a lawyer and his wife who, right before they died, claimed to have seen a ghost. 

DJ: *Rating* 8.7/10 - I thought this ep was well directed & I liked the twists & turns along the way. Even though plot wise it hasn't moved forward immensely, I still feel like this is an important episode. 

When two highly successful professionals die after claiming to be haunted by hellhounds, Sam and Dean go to investigate.

DJ:  Rating - 8/10. Glad i wasn't watching in the dark! The ridiculously scary sfx in this ep were next level!!! Truly horrifying! Another great ep... 

When Sam has a vision of Dean killing a young man who seems to be possessed by a demon, the two brothers head to Oregon to search for answers. 

DJ: This episode broke me! I shed an actual tear...not happy about it haha.  Rating - 9.5/10 - This ep was brilliant! I'm a huge the walking dead fan so the infection/virus aspect interested me straight away & then the added emotion & plot topped everything off. 

After Dean tells Sam what their father told him before he died, a distraught Sam sneaks off to Indiana without Dean. While there, Sam runs into Eva, a psychic who confesses to Sam she sought him out to warn him of his impending death.

DJ: Rating - 9/10 - So glad to finally find out what John whispered to Dean! Plus we have more info on what the yellow eyed demon's plan is. Enjoyed this ep :) wasn't feeling too great as you can probably see in the vid but this distracted me for a good while - godbless SPN!

Sam and Dean investigate two strange deaths at a small Connecticut inn run by a single mom.

DJ: 2 eps in one vid guys! Rating - 7/10 - enjoyable eps but not as interesting as others we've had this season. Hit the midway point of season 2 now though, woop woop...a lot quicker than I was with season 1 (i'm really trying hard to get this content out for you guys haha). 

Sam and Dean investigate a string of robberies with a disturbing pattern: In each incident, a trusted employee holds up a bank and then commits suicide.

DJ: 2 eps in one vid guys! Rating - 7/10 - enjoyable eps but not as interesting as others we've had this season. Hit the midway point of season 2 now though, woop woop...a lot quicker than I was with season 1 (i'm really trying hard to get this content out for you guys haha). 

Sam and Dean investigate the murders of several people by individuals who claim they were visited by an angel and were carrying out God's will.  

After receiving a frantic call from Sam, who has been missing for over a week, Dean races to his brother's side. He finds Sam covered in blood but unable to remember anything that happened.

Sam and Dean call upon their family friend and fellow hunter Bobby for help after they are stumped by violent and inexplicable happenings on a local college campus.

DJ: *Rating* - 8.69/10 😏 - The cookiest ep to date!!! I felt like I was high or something haha...not that i'd know what that felt like or anything 

While driving down a deserted road, Sam and Dean are startled when a bloody woman, Molly, bolts in front of the Impala, screaming for help.

DJ: *Rating* - 8/10  - What an epic twist at the end there! 

While investigating the death of a lawyer who appeared to have been killed by a wild animal, Sam and Dean realize they are actually tracking a werewolf. 

DJ: *Rating* - 8.5/10  - Another great twist. I really enjoyed this one. Still chuckling at Sam having sex with a wolf...also emosh over Dean's one singular heartbreaking tear!! 

Sam and Dean travel to Hollywood to investigate the death of an actor on a horror film set, after rumors spread that he was killed by a ghost. 

DJ: *Rating* - 8/10  - Shout out to Stars Hollow! Haha. This was a fun ep :) 

After hearing about a ghost that has been killing off inmates one by one, Sam and Dean decide the best way to investigate is from the inside-so they allow themselves to be thrown into a state penitentiary.

DJ: *Rating* - 7.5/10 Another good twist. They're really doing well with those curve balls!

While hunting a djinn, or genie, Dean is attacked and transported to an alternate world.

Sam is abducted by the yellow-eyed demon and finds himself in a ghost town with children who have special abilities. 

DJ: *Rating* - 9.5/10 MY HEART!!! That last scene guys...THAT LAST SCENE. Loved finding out FINALLY what the yellow eyed demon's plan was. So surprised Mary knew him?! 

While dealing with the aftermath of the fight between Sam and Jake, Dean pays a steep price for his involvement.

DJ: *Rating* - 9.9/10 WHY THEY GOTTA PLAY ME LIKE DAT!!! All the emotions guys...ALL THE EMOTIONS. Tissues were needed.
